Grain-free Granola Goodness

This granola is delicious over yogurt, with coconut milk, or as a topping on baked cobblers. It’s great for breakfast, snacks, or an after dinner treat. If you want a little sweetener add a couple drops of NuNaturals Vanilla Stevia or a drizzle of maple syrup.

Grain-free Granola Goodness
Recipe type: Breakfast
  • 2 cups almonds chopped
  • 1 cup Brazil nuts chopped
  • 1 cup Macadamia nuts chopped
  • 1 cup cocoa nibs
  • 1 cup dried goji berries
  • ½ cup dried mulberries
  • 2 cups toasted unsweetened coconut
  • Dash of sea salt
  • Optional - cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice
  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl, mix together, and voila!
  2. I keep mine in a mason jar in the pantry.
